我们是谁 小鹏商用级人形机器人 IRON 项目，目前已完成多轮样机迭代，样机正在真实场景（导览/服务）中验证，目标2026年底量产。核心算法全部自研，包括 Omni VLM 人机交互、导航/操作 VLA、VLT 任务编排中枢、WBC 全身运动控制等 这个方向做什么 VLT 是机器人的"大脑"：接收用户的自然语言意图、APP 指令，规划调度诸如导航 / 操作 / 交互 / 运控等技能的执行，处理执行异常与重规划，沉淀任务记忆，类似跑在机器人产品上的“小龙虾” 岗位职责： 1. 产品设计：持续探索，收敛并设计最适合机器人场景的 AI Agent 能力 2. 技术选型：对 LLM Agent 编排方案、MCP 工具协议、记忆体设计、重规划策略等，配合研发团队，输出"用户价值 × 技术先进性 × 工程可落地" 的选型对比文档； 3. 验收体系：定义任务成功率、重规划率、异常恢复率、端到端时延等量化指标与验收标准，建立异常场景矩阵； 4. 接口对齐：与上下游团队对齐意图、技能、状态、记忆等接口的定义与交付节奏。
要求（满足其一即可，满足多项加分） - 本科及以上，计算机 / 机器人 / AI 相关专业优先； - 有 LLM Agent / 对话式 AI / 智能硬件 / 机器人 任一方向的产品经历； - 能读懂 Agent 编排、MCP、任务书类技术讨论，要求能判断方案优劣； - 加分：VLM / VLA 研发经验 你会得到什么 - 定义"机器人大脑"产品形态的位置——Agent 落地物理世界执行的关键一棒； - 与自研大模型团队的决策级共创，你的选型直接进整机架构； - 从原型到量产的全过程背书。
