职位描述
1、管理客户续约、增购等全生命周期，维护良好的客户关系，提升客户满意度与留存率。 2、协助新客户产品的配置与上线交付，确保项目按时高质量完成。 3、为客户提供系统的操作培训与使用赋能，帮助其快速掌握核心功能。 4、定期跟进客户使用情况，复盘客户数据，提供专业指导与优化建议，提升产品使用深度与粘性。 5、主动挖掘客户业务痛点，联动内部资源提供解决方案，助力客户实现业务目标。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，具备2年以上SaaS行业客户成功、项目实施或相关经验，有餐饮行业背景以及AI使用经验优先。 2、具备出色的项目推动与协调能力，能独立负责交付闭环，确保客户成功。 3、沟通表达清晰，具备较强的同理心与服务意识，能有效应对和处理客户需求。 4、具备基础的数据分析能力，能通过使用数据发现问题、评估效果并推动决策。 5、学习能力强，对餐饮运营及SaaS产品有热情，能在快节奏环境中保持积极与责任心。
