全面负责客户经营体系建设及客户生命周期运营，通过精细化客户经营、分层服务及客户关系管理，提升客户满意度、忠诚度及长期价值，为客户提供持续、专业的服务体验。 1、负责客户经营体系建设 结合公司全球业务布局，持续完善不同国家和地区客户经营模式，推动客户经营体系的标准化与本地化建设；建立并持续优化客户经营体系，围绕客户全生命周期制定经营策略及服务机制，推动客户持续活跃、长期留存及客户价值提升； 2、负责客户分层经营及策略落地 根据客户资产规模、交易行为及价值贡献，建立并完善客户分层服务体系，制定差异化的经营策略及服务方案，持续优化客户体验，提升不同市场及客户群体的经营成效。 3、负责客户关系管理 统筹客户日常经营及关系维护工作，持续提升客户满意度和忠诚度。包括但不限于：高价值客户维护/客户关怀体系设计/客户生命周期运营/客户需求洞察/服务体验持续优化。 4、推动跨部门及全球协同 与产品、运营、市场、零售、财富管理等团队保持密切合作，持续优化客户旅程，推动客户问题解决及经营策略落地；协同全球各区域团队，推动客户经营策略、服务标准及运营机制在不同市场的落地实施，兼顾统一管理与本地化运营需求。 5、团队建设与管理 负责团队建设及管理，包括组织搭建、人才培养、目标管理、绩效管理及运营机制建设，持续提升团队专业能力及经营效率；推动全球客户经营团队能力建设及最佳实践沉淀，打造专业、高效的国际化团队。
1、本科及以上学历，金融、经济、管理等相关专业优先； 2、8年以上互联网金融/证券/财富管理或金融科技行业客户运营、客户经营、客户服务或客户关系管理经验，其中3年以上团队管理经验；具备全球化业务或跨区域团队管理经验者优先； 3、熟悉客户生命周期管理及客户分层经营理念，具备客户经营体系建设经验；国际化视野，对不同国家和地区的文化、客户行为特点及金融业务模式有较深理解，能够结合区域特点制定差异化客户经营策略； 4、具备较强的数据分析能力及经营分析能力，能够基于客户行为持续优化经营策略； 5、具有优秀的团队管理、跨部门协同及项目推动能力，能够有效协调不同国家及地区团队开展合作； 6、具备优秀的中英文沟通能力，英语可作为工作语言（包括会议沟通、方案汇报及跨区域协作），能够独立与海外团队及业务伙伴开展日常沟通。
