职位描述
1.参与开发自动驾驶横纵向车辆控制算法，打造最稳健、舒适、灵活的解决方案； 2.支持新车型上线的控制适配，根据车型特点和产品需求，实现最优驾乘体验； 3.打造AI驱动的工作流自动化，和系统级问题AI自动化诊断； 4.支持大模型训练的数据产线开发、模型评测、和异常根因分析。
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，电子信息、车辆工程、机械工程、计算机工程、自动化等相关专业； 2.熟悉AI Coding，善用AI提升工作效率和延展知识探索； 3.熟悉C++和Python，有软件工程开发的实操经验，熟悉git等版本管理工具； 4.了解车辆系统，有车辆控制系统或者移动机器人开发经验为加分项； 5.深入掌握至少以下一个领域：优化算法、深度学习、统计和概率论、参数估计、状态估计、仿真建模、现代控制、经典控制。
