职位描述
1.新产品生产测试DFT设计，测试需求合理性、覆盖率、可量产性、制造风险等评审 2.主导生产测试工艺方案制定，协调统筹相关部门，按项目阶段目标完成测试工站落地 3.工试产成熟度收敛，达成量产生产良率、成本、DOA目标，保证高质量交付 4.试产过程中不良分析，产线异常处理等试产问题，推动责任部门保证措施有效闭环 5.主导工程变更，工站验收及稽查，出货风险评估，产品量产后重大风险监测及闭环 6.积累测试工艺模块checklist，公版及通用化平台建设，跨项目推广
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，电子通信、自动化等相关专业，5年以上消费电子类新产品量产经验；主导过通用生产测试技术平台规划、建设和落地优先 2.熟悉消费电子类产品对应的一种或多种模块（camera，IMU，硬件，音频，射频，感知，电池等）原理及生产制造流程，有模拟电路和数字电路基础 3.熟悉生产制造工艺与研发设计流程，有独立整机生产测试方案设计及量产经验 4.优秀的逻辑思维、沟通能力、学习能力、团队合作意识抗压能力强 注：有一定团队管理经验加分
