职位描述
1、负责公司设备品类采购业务，如研发/生产/测试类设备、治具的供应商寻源、评估、审核、导入；建立并维护合格供应商名录（AVL），优化供应商池； 2、主导询价、比价、议价及招标等商务环节，确保采购价格具备市场竞争力，建立成本模型，拆解成本构成识别不合理的成本项，消除常规溢价及品质过剩的技术方案溢价等； 3、能从技术方案角度识别需求部门需求不合理项，提前识别及管理需求； 4、能够独立发起并主导跨部门优化专项，明确各部门分工与节点，推动流程优化/成本优化/品质优化等事务；能熟练转化内外部沟通语言在项目中成为供应商与需求部门的稳定桥梁； 5、具备良好的合同风险意识、交付管理意识及财务基本知识，统筹该品类合同及付款全流程业务。
职位要求
1、本科以上学历； 2、3-5年工作经验，熟悉设备品类相关的采购流程，具备设备行业、消费电子及其他大型公司的采购及供应商管理经验； 3、良好的沟通和谈判能力，良好的团队协作能力； 4、学习能力强，具备快速学习新领域新知识的能力； 5、良好的AI工具操作能力，较强的逻辑及数据分析能力。
