职位描述
1、结合品类市场动态与业务需求，牵头制定品类战略规划，并协同跨职能团队（研发、质量、生产等）推动策略落地执行。 2、建立并完善供应商绩效评估体系，定期开展考核，依据结果对供应商进行科学分级（如战略、优选、待改进等），实施差异化管理。 3、基于供应商分类等级，策划并组织供应商大会、季度业务回顾（QBR）、高层互访等关键互动，构建并维护长期稳固的战略伙伴关系。 4、全面负责品类的综合健康度，统筹协调技术、质量、交付、成本及服务等全链路异常问题，确保采购品类稳定高效。
职位要求
1、全日制本科及以上学历，5年以上采购或供应链相关经验，专注于结构类物料的供应商管理。 2、掌握物料的工艺技术原理、分类特性及产品应用场景，对行业格局、技术演进及市场趋势有清晰洞察，有较强的成本穿透能力。 3、具有大型消费电子或智能硬件企业供应商管理经验者优先考虑。 4、出色的跨部门协作能力、主动担当意识，优秀的商务谈判技巧和结果导向的责任心，能在复杂环境中推动问题解决。
