职位描述
1.无人机（常规多旋翼/新构型）总体方案设计，包括气动布局设计、动力系统方案选型、重量和飞行性能计算等； 2.无人机气动特性仿真计算和分析、飞行动力学建模仿真与性能评估； 3.无人机飞行测试方案制定、参数辨识、试飞数据分析； 4.无人机总体设计方案、气动分析报告及相关技术规范的编制。
职位要求
1.硕士及以上学历，飞行器设计、流体力学等航空相关专业，熟悉飞行器设计、空气动力学及飞行力学等专业知识，熟悉飞行器总体及气动设计开发流程及主要设计方法； 2.具备较强的动手实践能力，自驱力强； 3.具备良好的团队合作及沟通能力，具备较强的创新能力及技术攻关能力； 4.具备以下能力之一： 1）熟悉飞行器总体开发流程，掌握不同布局形式对操控性能影响，并在项目上有落地经验； 2）掌握螺旋桨、气动外形优化设计方法，具备基于代理模型的优化方法开发能力，熟悉商业或开源CFD工具； 3）基于螺旋桨理论计算模型开发性能预测和优化工具，如BEMT、3D Panel、VPM等,并在项目上有落地经验，具备Python开发能力； 5.有航模设计经验者优先。
