职位描述
1、头部资源经营： 负责抖音头部达人及MCN机构的深度对接与关系维护，争取核心坑位资源与最优机制。 2、策略化谈判： 针对不同类型的达人制定差异化的货盘组合方案，通过专业的商务谈判提升合作成功率及ROI 3、项目操盘： 负责新品上市、大促节点的达人直播统筹，把控整体的直播节奏与转化效果 4、深度复盘： 复盘合作表现，提炼高效的达人合作方式和内容优化方向 5、市场洞察： 监控行业动态及竞品动作，迭代达人策略，保持品牌在抖音渠道的竞争优势。
职位要求
1、经验要求： 本科及以上学历，1-3年抖音达人BD实战经验，有高客单价或数码类目成功案例的候选人优先 2、专业深度： 精通抖音生态，对不同赛道达人的粉丝画像、带货能力有精准判断 3、结果导向： 具备极强的商务公关能力和数据分析能力，能独立背负销售目标 4、行业热情： 影石产品粉丝或深度运动爱好者（潜水、滑雪、摩旅等）优先
