职位描述
1、持续跟踪竞品动态、用户偏好、行业趋势及市场需求，深入理解用户需求与痛点； 2、负责飞行眼镜全生命周期管理，包括竞品调研、需求分析、功能设计、项目推进及后续迭代； 3、对接运营、市场等部门，跟踪产品上市后的反馈，及时响应用户需求，并持续优化产品。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，理工类专业背景优先，1-3年智能硬件类经验优先； 2、具有优秀的需求洞察和产品定义能力，有高效执行力和责任心，能承受一定工作压力； 3、熟悉智能硬件开发流程，具备基础的软硬件知识，有优秀的文档写作能力和团队协作能力； 4、具备强大的学习能力和良好的逻辑，对新领域、新技术、新方案能够快速熟悉并形成自己的方法论； 5、好奇心强，对消费电子类产品有浓厚的兴趣，XR产品深度用户加分。
