职位描述
1.负责搭建、优化公司各部门公共事务需求提报、审核、执行、验收、归档标准化流程，并统筹受理、协调、督办各类需求，做好资源协调、进度管控、成果闭环，规范全公司对外公关、宣传、对接行为； 2.参与维护并拓展属地各部门及行业协会、产业平台关系，建立常态化沟通机制； 3.参与来访接待、高层走访、政企座谈、签约仪式等重大对外活动统筹落地； 4.跟进产业政策、行业监管动态，输出政策解读、风险提示、落地建议，为公司经营、项目拓展、资质申报提供支撑。
职位要求
1.经验：3年以上公共事务相关工作经验，有团队统筹经验优先； 能力： 2.统筹协调：擅长跨部门协同、对外高层对接、重大活动统筹、危机公关处置； 3.公文写作：可撰写汇报、申报材料、新闻通稿、专项方案、工作总结与制度流程； 4.体系思维：逻辑清晰、结果导向，具备流程搭建、制度优化、台账管理、标准化落地能力； 5.综合素质：素养高，抗压能力强。职业操守端正，保密、合规意识强；
