职位描述
职责和要求 1、负责游戏项目组美术外包/外派需求从提出到落地全流程跟进，包含供应商匹配、询比价、商务谈判、合同签署、制作跟进、付款结算等； 2、负责外包供应商资源开发与管理，与优质供应商建立良好合作关系； 3、把控美术预算，评估外包需求与报价合理性，确保在合理的成本范围内完成项目； 4、优化外包管理流程，提高工作效率以及项目组发包体验，主动识别风险并协调解决； 5、了解行业动态及趋势，为项目组提供建议和支持； 技能和经验要求 1、本科及以上学历，同类岗位7年及以上，包含不限于原画、特效、动作、模型、动画、音频、CG、TA、买量、PV等发包经验； 2、有甲方游戏公司0-1美术外包体系搭建以及团队管理经验者优先； 3、有较多slot、捕鱼、棋牌等游戏类型外包供应商资源者优先； 4、熟悉美术制作流程且有一定审美能力，了解美术外包行业定价体系与标准； 5、具备良好的商务谈判、沟通协调以及解决问题的能力；
