职位描述 1、负责游戏产品整体运营工作，制定相应的产品运营计划、执行、监管与分析，对产品的kpi负责； 2、负责手游项目产品调优，参与产品核心玩法设计和养成线规划，从商业化模式触发提出的合理搭建方案等； 3、负责手游项目运营节奏制定，以及各对应时间点的运营活动方案； 4、负责定期收集热门产品及竞争对手市场信息并形成报告； 5、能独立完成市场调研 用户调研 竞品分析，并以此为依据，推动团队产品立项； 6、协调其他部门之间的合作关系，能够自主地找到产品不足，结合实际市场需求，向产品研发提供有建设性的后续版本规划。 岗位要求： 1、统招本科或以上学历，5年以上游戏运营相关工作经验，有0-1完整小游戏项目主导经验，有成功小游戏运营经验优先； 2、具备丰富的运营活动、数据分析经验，并根据数据对于游戏进行及时的优化调整； 3、有活跃的逻辑思维能力，善于把握游戏用户消费心理； 4、对游戏怀有极大的热情，能够主动接受挑战，具备较强的独立解决问题的能力； 5、对小游戏主流品类有足够认知，对模拟经营、女性向、策略卡牌、自走棋等品类有深入理解或实操经验者优先。
