职位描述
岗位职责 1.负责公司核心增长系统（投放/素材/用户增长等方向）的后端研发工作，参与系统架构设计与功能开发，保障系统的稳定性与扩展性； 2.基于业务需求，完成高并发场景下的服务设计与性能优化，持续提升系统的可用性与响应效率； 3.参与AI能力在业务中的工程化落地，包括但不限于：AI内容生成、智能推荐、自动化流程等方向； 4.负责微服务架构下的模块设计与开发，推动系统服务化、模块化演进； 与产品、运营及算法团队紧密协作，理解业务需求并高效完成技术方案设计与落地； 5.持续优化代码质量与开发流程，参与技术选型与技术方案评审，推动团队研发效率提升。 岗位要求： 1、两年以上经验，扎实掌握Java并发、JVM调优、Spring Cloud微服务生态； 2、参与核心增长系统开发，以及AI工程化落地，有完整的AI项目落地经验优先； 3、熟悉高可用架构设计原则，能独立使用AI完成模块架构设计以及编码； 4、有比较好的业务sense和沟通能力，可以与产品以及业务团队协同，做好高质量研发交付水平。
