职位描述
岗位职责： 1. 把控游戏产品方向（包括玩法、系统、数值等），保障游戏品质； 2. 分析市场状况，精准定位玩家画像，保障商业化内容符合玩家习惯； 3. 协助制作人进行项目内的团队管理，制定和分配策划工作，保障需求按期落地； 4. 总结和制定策划流程标准，培养和提升策划人员能力，提升团队效能 任职资格： 1、本科及以上学历，985/211优先； 2、8年以上游戏策划工作经验，至少有一款游戏从0-1的成功经验，并持续运营3年以上； 3、具备敏锐的市场意识和数据分析能力，熟悉商业化策略、产品优化和竞品分析； 4、具备良好的逻辑分析能力和学习能力，有较强的主动性推进工作； 5、热爱游戏，有足够广度的游戏涉猎，关注用户对产品的体验，对数据敏感； 6、有带教经验和团队管理能力，善于分析和沟通，具备较强的团队合作意识和抗压能力。
