职位描述
岗位职责 - 负责捕鱼BOSS登场、技能、变身、击杀、爆分等核心演出的整体设计。 - 根据角色设定、玩法机制和奖励节奏，输出演出脚本、分镜及动态预演。 - 设计镜头、动作、特效、灯光、音效与UI的配合，强化BOSS压迫感、价值感和爆分爽感。 - 统筹策划、动作、特效、音效及程序，跟进引擎落地并对最终效果负责。 - 在保证玩法可读性和操作体验的前提下，提升演出的冲击力与沉浸感。 - 沉淀BOSS演出流程、节奏模板及品质标准。 任职要求 - 5年以上游戏演出、动画、分镜、Layout或相关经验。 - 具备成熟的镜头、构图、节奏和角色表演能力。 - 能独立完成从演出构思、分镜预演到最终落地的完整流程。 - 熟悉Unity Timeline等实时演出工具中的至少一种。 - 能够协调动作、特效、灯光、音效、UI等专业共同完成演出。 - 理解游戏玩法与商业化表达，能够兼顾画面冲击力、信息识别和奖励反馈。 加分项 - 有捕鱼、Slots、棋牌或其他强商业化项目经验。 - 有BOSS战、英雄大招、角色展示、变身或高倍率结算演出经验。 - 有游戏PV、CG导演经验，同时具备实时引擎落地能力。 - 有演出规范、管线建设或团队培养经验。 作品集要求 请提供完整演出案例，并明确个人负责内容。作品最好包含最终成片、分镜或动态预演，以及从方案到引擎落地的过程。
