职位描述
岗位职责 - 负责产品内核心动效设计，包括页面转场、状态反馈、微交互、匹配、邀请、关注、关系建立等体验动效。 - 负责语音房相关动态体验，包括麦位状态、用户进出场、身份变化、房间氛围、互动反馈等。 - 参与礼物、会员、成就、关系升级等情绪化及商业化动效设计，提升关键节点的仪式感和反馈品质。 - 与 UI、视觉及产品设计共同参与前期方案讨论，从用户体验角度判断什么时候需要动、为什么动、应该怎么动。 - 建立产品动效原则与基础 Motion System，逐步形成统一的时长、节奏、缓动及反馈规范。 - 与研发紧密协作，充分考虑性能、资源体积及实现成本，推动动效方案高质量落地。 - 探索 AI、实时渲染、3D 等新工具在产品动效和视觉表达中的应用。 任职要求 - 3年以上 Motion / UI 动效 / 互动设计相关经验。 - 有互联网 App 产品动效经验，社交、直播、语音房、游戏或泛娱乐方向优先。 - 熟练掌握 After Effects、Figma 等工具；熟悉 Lottie、SVGA、Rive 等产品动效工作流者优先。 - 对运动规律、节奏、缓动、空间关系和视觉反馈有较好的理解。 - 具备产品体验思维，能够通过动效解决状态表达、操作反馈和情绪传递问题。 - 能够与 UI 和研发有效协作，并理解设计效果与技术实现之间的平衡。
