职位描述
岗位职责： 1.负责AI智能硬件产品的产品规划、定义以及落地工作； 2.进行市场调研，分析竞争对手，组织用户访谈，识别市场机会和用户需求； 3.管理产品生命周期，包括规划、设计、开发、测试、发布和迭代； 4.与工程和算法团队合作，确保产品功能和性能符合技术标准和用户期望； 5.制定并执行产品发布计划，包括定价策略、推广活动和运营支持； 6.监控产品性能指标，基于数据做出决策，不断优化产品。
职位要求
（一）必备条件 1.3-5年以上的产品经验，具有较成功的产品规划和项目经历； 2.精通产品管理流程，具备出色的项目管理能力和数据分析能力； 3.具备优秀的跨部门沟通和协调能力，能够与不同背景的团队成员有效合作； 4.对市场趋势有敏锐的洞察力，极好的商业意识，能够快速适应变化并制定相应策略； 5.对技术有深入理解，能够与技术团队有效沟通产品需求； 6.高度自驱，有同理心，真正关注用户需求；有好奇心，喜欢研究AI技术及其应用。 （二）优先条件 1.有AI智能硬件产品经验； 2.自身就是智能硬件产品发烧友，对智能硬件产品有极强的兴趣。
