职位描述
1、负责公司机器人前/后端软件产品的整体测试工作； 2、根据需求迭代变更制定测试计划，识别质量风险，提出合理的解决方案； 3、根据产品需求及业务实现逻辑，制定测试方案，构建用户场景，编写和执行测试用例，发布测试报告； 4、组织执行测试任务，整理和分析测试结果，跟踪定位产品缺陷，积极推动研发解决，复盘测试过程，保障质量； 5、参与产品体验活动，从用户视角提出产品优化建议，提升产品体验； 6、负责改善测试方法和测试工具，促进团队专业水平的提升；
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机或软件工程相关专业，3年及以上测试/测试开发工作经验，有智能硬件产品测试经验者优先； 2、了解机器人关键器件基础知识及原理，有机器人和自动驾驶相关爱好者优先 3、熟悉软件开发流程，对研发过程中的质量管控工作有深刻的理解； 4、熟悉一门编程语言(C/C++，Python)，具有一定开发能力者优先； 5、具备极强的责任心，逻辑分析能力强，良好的沟通能力，积极主动推进和团队协作能力； 热爱产品，乐于钻研测试技术，善于学习和分享。
