职位描述
1、支持运营体系建设和项目开发体系建设优化，根据IPD流程体系监管IPD和版本迭代流程的有效执行及持续优化； 2、牵头制定新产品质量目标，制定并监控产品质量计划，引导产品开发阶段的质量活动，评审产品开发和测试计划，组织指标分析，保障质量目标实现； 3、根据IPD开发流程，组织技术评审活动，引导团队进行风险识别，对硬件、软件开发进行多维度质量度量，识别薄弱项，并跟踪质量保证和质量控制措施落地情况和效果，完善质量月报。在技术评审过程进行交付件的审计，并跟踪审计和技术评审问题直至解决； 4、牵头产品全生命周期质量问题管理，组织内部开展质量回溯与质量闭环，对现场解决方案有效性及实施进度监控等，基于问题排查过程中识别到的风险，提炼关键共性管理问题推进解决；
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，电子、机械等相关专业； 2、5年及以上相关工作经验，在智能硬件行业（如机器人、手机等）有PQA、DQE工作经验者优先； 3、熟悉IPD开发体系及相关流程知识，并具备流程改进的相关经验和能力，掌握质量管理体系知识及相关质量工具，如ISO9001、D/PFMEA、DOE、8D等； 4、自驱力强，具备系统性质量管理思维，逻辑性强，具备良好的沟通能力与执行能力，积极主动，有较好的团队合作意识；
