职位描述
1.负责公司人形机器人本体系统软件的整体测试工作，覆盖app客户端、ota、通信、传感器、工具链等模块，确保最终交付质量； 2.深入参与到开发过程中，与软件开发团队一起，设计测试方案，输出测试用例，并按照计划执行黑盒和白盒测试 3.组织并推动测试任务落地，整理与分析测试结果，需具备深入分析缺陷根因，驱动研发闭环解决，复盘测试过程，持续提升质量水平； 4.持续改进测试方法、流程与工具链（自动化测试、CI/CD质量门禁、日志/监控体系），提升团队整体测试效率与专业水准
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子信息、机器人等相关专业； 2.三年以上测试/测试开发经验，有智能硬件、机器人或自动驾驶产品软件测试经验者优先； 3.熟悉Linux/android/ios、ROS/ROS2，熟练掌握Python，能独立编写自动化脚本与测试工具； 4.熟悉测试理论与方法（功能、性能、稳定性、安全、兼容性），熟练使用 pytest、Robot Framework、JMeter 等主流框架 5.具备扎实的缺陷分析与定位能力，能阅读代码并利用日志、火焰图、Trace 等快速定位问题； 6.极强的责任心与 Ownership，逻辑清晰，沟通高效，能在快节奏环境中推动跨团队问题解决； 7.热爱机器人产品，乐于钻研新技术，善于分享与赋能团队。
