职位描述
1、负责制定具身本体核心技术路径和关键技术方向，对业内竞品进行持续深度跟踪分析，明确产品需求，制定产品路线图和发展策略； 2、负责具身本体产品的方案架构设计，主导跨专业（包括机械、电子、软件、力控等领域）的协作，确保产品从设计到量产的全过程符合技术标准和需求； 3、带领团队完成具身本体产品的整体方案架构设计、关键部件设计、本体优化、测试和生产验证全流程； 4、参与产品的可量产性评估及优化工作，协同完成批量生产，解决量产过程中涉及的软件、硬件问题。
职位要求
1、机器人学、机械工程、电子工程、自动化或相关专业硕士及以上学历； 2、精通具身本体产品开发、量产，在机械臂或相关领域具有成功的量产交付经验，能够在保证质量的前提下高效地推动量产交付； 3、具备独立设计、架构复杂产品和系统的能力，精通机械结构与传动、电气及运动控制等专业知识； 4、具备极强的自我驱动能力和强烈的Owner意识，能够主动推动项目落地；
