职位描述
1、从事过金属齿轮或塑胶齿轮的相关工作，根据客户要求独立设计相应减速箱； 2、熟悉机械加工或齿轮加工工艺，具备良好的沟通能力，参与技术部分的编写及答疑等； 3、有项目运作管理能力； 4、制作零件图纸、组件图纸、生产标准、作业指导书、工艺流程图、DFMA等相关设计、生产资料；
职位要求
1、本科以上学历，专业机械方向，扎实的机械基础理论功底； 2、5年以上精密减速器行业从业经验，丰富的设计开发与现场问题处理经验； 3、具备行星减速器设计开发以及量产经验； 4、常用工程设计软件；熟练应用，； 5、具备CAE仿真边界条件的输入与结果评价； 6、熟悉各种类型的行星传动原理不局限于NGW结构； 7、精通齿轮传动的设计，包括宏观参数、微观参数设计， 8、熟练应用常用的齿轮设计分析软件； 9、熟悉齿轮的原材料、锻造、齿形粗精加工、热处理工艺，以及相关的设备、刀具、模具、工装夹具； 10、了解常见减速器的失效模式以及失效问题的分析流程处理思路，掌握六西格玛分析工具; 11、精通精密减速器性能试验、功能试验、可靠性试验的试验方法以及指标要求，具备策划项目设计验证计划的能力； 12、需要具备对供应商技术审核与技术沟通，高效推进其设计开发满足项目节点的能力，能够适应比较频繁的出差； 13、具有团队精神、沟通协调能力、创新思维能力； 加分项： 1.具有人形机器人行业经验、具有非标定制轴承的开发经验， 2.具有无框电机应用选型经验； 3.有谐波减速器开发经验
