职位描述
1、 负责机器人硬件产品信号、功能、性能，耐久及可靠性测试，包括不限于关键器件，模组，整机等形态； 2、 负责硬件测试策略输出，制定并执行测试计划，设计测试用例，撰写测试报告，确保测试结果的准确性和可靠性； 3、 参与产品设计评审，提供可行性建议，推动产品设计优化； 4、 与研发团队紧密合作，推动缺陷的解决和回归验证，确保产品质量持续提升； 5、 不断完善测试流程和方法，提高测试效率和测试覆盖率； 6、 协助生产，交付等后端业务部门解决客户疑难问题； 7、 负责测试设备的维护与管理，确保测试环境的稳定性与有效性；
职位要求
1、 本科及以上学历，电子工程、机械工程、自动化等相关专业。 2、 5年以上硬件测试相关工作经验，具有机器人，电机相关产品测试经验者优先。 3、 能按照产品需求独立设计产品测试方案，编写测试用例的能力； 4、 熟练使用测试仪器（如示波器、万用表等）和测试软件，熟悉常用信号总线与接口，如RS232、RS485、CAN、SPI、IIC、LVDS、USB等。 5、 具备基本的编程能力（如Python、C/C++）者优先考虑。 6、 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，责任心强，能够承受一定的工作压力。
