1、根据嵌入式软件系统的需求，独立完成嵌入式软件系统及模块的编码与测试； 2、负责嵌入式软件系统的功能调试、集成测试工作，编写相关的测试方案及用例； 3、负责关节驱动控制器、编码器、力传感器、通信模块、电源管理等模块的电子软件开发与维护； 4、团队建设：持续输出，并带动团队技术和氛围，提高凝聚力和技术先进性； 5、有驱动控制器软件系统和算法开发经验者优先；
职位要求
1、熟悉电机原理，掌握基本的有刷、BLDC、PMSM电机驱动方法，熟悉电机参数辨识、陷波滤波，震动抑制、摩擦补偿等伺服算法； 2、精通DSP、ARM等多个电机控制软件平台，熟悉Modbus、CANopen、EtherCAT等多种通信协议； 3、具有丰富的编程经验，熟悉C/C++语言，具有良好的编程规范； 4、具备较强的学习、沟通表达能力和良好的团队合作精神，内驱力强，勇于接受挑战。
