1、自动化测试框架搭建： • 设计和搭建高效的自动化测试框架，以支持机器人产品的持续集成和持续交付。 2、仿真及实机自动化测试设计及执行： • 针对仿真机和实机进行全面的自动化测试设计，包括用例编写、测试脚本开发和测试数据准备。 • 执行自动化测试并分析测试结果，及时反馈问题并协助开发团队解决。 3、软件测试工具设计： • 开发和维护内部测试工具，提高测试流程的自动化程度。 • 评估现有工具的有效性，并提出改进建议。 4、测试提效： •参与部门内的测试流程优化，提出合理化建议，并推动实施测试提效措施。 •收集和分析测试数据，为测试策略的调整提供依据。 5、团队协作： •与开发团队、产品经理和其他相关团队密切合作，确保产品质量符合预期。 •参与跨部门项目，提供专业的测试支持。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子工程等相关专业。 2、3-5年以上自动化测试经验，熟悉测试框架（如Selenium、Appium等），有仿真自动化经验优先。 3、精通至少一种编程语言（如Java、Python、C#等），具备良好的编程和调试能力。 4、熟悉机器人技术或相关领域的知识者优先。 5、具备良好的问题分析与解决能力，较强的逻辑思维能力。 6、良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够承受一定工作压力。
