职位描述
1、大客户项目开发与管理： 1）负责机器人面向各垂类行业头部大客户的识别，挖掘潜在合作机会，制定并执行客户战略计划； 2）深度理解客户真实需求，提供定制化解决方案，建立长期稳定的合作关系； 2、大客户项目全流程运作： 1）围绕机器人产品核心功能，向客户提供完整解决方案，清晰传递客户价值，以促成客户合作决策； 2）主导客户项目的立项、计划、执行及交付，确保项目按时、按预算、高质量完成； 3）跨职能部门协调资源，解决项目关键问题，管控风险。端到端进行项目运作，为项目成功负责； 3、客户成功与价值提升： 1）定期复盘项目表现并输出项目分析报告。优化项目开发与客户服务流程，提升客户体验； 2）识别客户新需求并形成解决方案，推动二次销售或增值服务，实现业务增长；
职位要求
1、理工科相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2、五年以上项目管理经验，熟悉产品全生命周期管理，熟悉新产品开发从调研规划到实现量产的全过程，有研发经验优先； 3、有智能硬件行业的从业经验； 4、了解机器人行业技术发展现状和发展方向，对核心技术边界有一定见解； 5、逻辑分析能力强，有主动发现问题和解决问题的能力，有责任心敢担当； 6、较强的执行力、领导力、沟通协调能力与团队协作精神；优秀的逻辑思维和表达能力。
