职位描述
1.主导工控机、雷达、视觉模组、线束、电子元器件等电子物料采购，依研发需求寻源、筛选供应商，定点并确保物料导入达标。结合生产计划与交付策略，合理分配订单、及时下单，跟进供应商备料排产，保障物料供应，推动计划达成； 2.结合市场、供应商情况及企业成本、质量目标，制定并调整采购策略，包括选择标准、合作模式、价格谈判策略，提升采购效益与供应链稳定性； 3.实时掌握物料齐套情况，发现缺料风险迅速预警升级，协调资源解决问题，维持生产连续性； 4.依计划需求处理订单，把控发票核对与付款操作； 5.项目变更（ECR/ECN）时，严控旧料库存及订单，制定处理方案降库存积压，精准规划新料导入，协同多部门保障项目平稳过渡； 6.完成上级主管安排的其他工作，协助主管处理突发事件。
