职位描述
1.主导下一代整机及生态的硬件产品定义与架构，平衡设计、性能、续航与场景体验。 2.规划并推动灵巧手、先进传感器、智能材料等前沿技术的集成与应用，保持技术领先性。 3.负责核心模块的技术路线规划与迭代，确保产品核心竞争力。 4.牵头跨部门协作，管控从研发到量产的全流程可靠性、成本与可制造性目标。 5.定义机器人本体与外部设备的物理、电气及通信接口标准体系，奠定生态基石。 6.规划并主导扩展配件矩阵的开发与量产，打造增强平台价值与收入的生态产品。 7.针对垂直场景，设计“本体+配件+服务”的集成解决方案，并推动其在关键行业的标杆落地与规模化复制。
职位要求
1.机器人、机电、计算机等相关专业本科及以上学历。 2.5年以上硬件产品管理经验；具备人形机器人/复杂移动机器人整机从0到1成功量产经验者优先。 加分项：拥有成功的硬件开放平台或开发者生态构建经验；在顶尖科技公司的复杂系统产品（如自动驾驶、高端消费电子）有完整交付经验。 1.全栈技术视野与前沿洞察：精通机电软一体化，并对AI SOC、大模型、RL/IL、新型传感等保持敏锐与学习力。 2.平台架构与跨界创新能力：具备平台型硬件产品定义经验，善于推动技术跨界融合，创造新产品形态。 3.商业转化与落地能力：善于将技术趋势转化为明确的产品特性和商业机会，具备强烈的结果导向意识。 4.卓越的协作能力：能够高效协同内外部复杂资源，在跨部门及合作伙伴共创中推动决策，达成目标。

AGIBOT is an Embodied AI foundation model company developing both the intelligence layer and the corresponding robotic embodiments needed to bring general intelligence into the physical world.
