职位描述
根据机器人展览需求，或批量部署（>100台）需求确定整机的无线通讯方案，保证通讯延时/稳定性能满足性能要求； 负责无线通讯相关的仿真工作，模拟实际使用环境确定相关参数是否满足使用要求； 牵头定义无线通讯相关的系统需求，并进行原理图评审和PCB layout的评审，对硬件设计负责，并进行DFMEA分析； 定义无线通讯相关的测试规范，验收指标，并牵头完成一系列测试报告的闭环； 按节点要求完成无线通讯相关零部件的交付，协助软件进行软硬件联调； 协同周边工程领域（含结构、散热、工艺、互连、器件、EMC、安规等），保障整体方案落地，并参与指导系统调测验证、疑难问题解决； 参与到机器人硬件架构设计；
职位要求
有Tbox或者无线射频相关的开发经验优先； 大学本科及以上学历，无线电、通信、电子相关专业毕业，5年以上硬件相关工作经验； 对无线通讯，比如GPS、BT、BLE、2G/4G有一定的设计和调试能力； 熟练电子硬件开发与设计，PCB layout经验，熟练掌握电路制图软件进行原理图和 PCB 设计优先； 熟悉高速布线优先，对信号的完整性、ESD,EMC,EMI有一定的认识； 具有独立承担项目开发能力，具备一定项目管理系统分析能力； 沟通能力强，较好的团队合作能力；
