职位描述
负责人形机器人关节减速机（谐波、行星等）设计开发，完成架构规划、参数计算，适配关节高扭矩密度、小型化需求； 按负载特性、 运动工况选型材料与工艺，完成强度、寿命、噪音等性能验证； 用绘制 3D 模型与工程图，输出 BOM、技术规格书，建立设计标准库； 协同电机、电控、机械结构团队，参与样机装配调试，解决传动卡顿、精度偏差等问题； 制定减速机生产工艺与检验标准，对接供应商跟进量产，处理磨损、异响等质量问题； 主导减速机可靠性测试，推动轻量化、低功耗技术优化。
职位要求
本科及以上，机械设计、机电一体化 、精密传动相关专业，3 年 以上 减速机设计经验，优先人形、工业机器人领域； 熟练使用至少 1 种设计软件（SolidWorks/UG/ANSYS），精通谐波、行星等精密减速机结构，掌握材料力学、热处理工艺； 懂机器人关节驱动系统（电机 - 减速机 - 控制器）匹配原理。 主导过人形机器人关节减速机全流程设计，熟悉频繁启停、复杂轨迹下的可靠性优化者优先。
