职位描述
综合考虑成本，算力需求，生态，成熟度选取能满足要求的计算平台； 根据机器人应用场景，负责域控硬件架构设计、关键元器件器件选型、功耗计算，相机pipeline带宽计算，通讯带宽计算等 牵头定义域控的系统需求，并进行原理图评审和PCB layout的评审，对硬件设计负责，并进行DFMEA分析； 从域控的设计到域控的量产交付全面负责，按节点要求完成域控的硬件交付，协助软件进行软硬件联调； 从元器件选型，接插件选型，提高域控的集成度及可靠性， 协同周边工程领域（含结构、散热、工艺、互连、器件、EMC、安规等），保障整体方案落地，并参与指导系统调测验证、疑难问题解决； 参与到机器人硬件架构设计；
职位要求
大学本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、电子、自动化及相关专业毕业，5年以上硬件相关工作经验； 精通模拟电路和数字电路设计、电源完整性分析、电路仿真、熟练掌握常用电子器件的电气特性，熟练使用各类电子测试仪表，熟悉电子电路的调试工艺； 熟练电子硬件开发与设计，PCB layout经验，熟练掌握电路制图软件进行原理图和 PCB 设计，有高速总线设计经验优先； 熟悉各种工业总线接口，如RS232、RS485、CAN、高速工业总线（网络）等通信方式； 有WIFI、5G等高速无线通信开发经验者优先； 有量产产品经验者优先，有检测认证测试经验者优先； 具有独立承担项目开发能力，具备一定项目管理系统分析能力； 沟通能力强，较好的团队合作能力；
