职位描述
1.负责人形机器人关节系统设计，整合减速机、电机、传感器（力矩 / 位置）及结构件，满足运动自由度、扭矩密度与轻量化要求； 2.完成关节动力学参数计算，选型核心部件并验证兼容性，优化关节传动效率与控制精度； 3.进行关节 3D 建模、动力学仿真及工程图绘制，输出 BOM、装配规范与技术文档； 4.协同电控、算法团队调试关节控制逻辑，解决运动卡顿、力矩波动、精度偏差等问题，参与样机装配与性能测试； 5.制定关节生产工艺、检验标准，对接供应商跟进量产，处理结构磨损、部件失效等质量问题； 6.推动关节技术优化，如模块化设计、柔性缓冲结构、低功耗驱动方案研发。
职位要求
1.本科及以上，机械设计、机电一体化、机器人工程相关专业，机器人关节或精密机械设计经验，优先人形机器人领域； 2.熟练使用至少 1 种设计软件（SolidWorks/UG）与 1 种仿真工具（ADAMS/ANSYS），精通关节传动原理（谐波、行星+ 电机匹配）； 3.有跨部门（电控、算法、供应链）协作能力，抗压且严谨，理解机器人运动控制逻辑与关节系统匹配原理。
