职位描述
负责人形机器人整机 / 关键部位外壳设计，适配内部机械结构、电子部件布局，满足防护（IPXX）、轻量化及人机交互（操作面板、散热通道）要求； 完成外壳力学分析，选型适配材料，验证材料耐候性与成型工艺兼容性； 配合ID工程师完成外壳 3D 建模、装配干涉检查，输出BOM、表面处理规范与加工技术文档； 协同工业设计、结构团队优化外壳外观与装配性，参与样机外壳试装与性能测试； 制定外壳生产工艺与检验标准，对接供应商跟进量产，处理生产质量问题； 推动外壳技术优化。
职位要求
本科及以上，机械设计 / 工业设计 / 材料工程相关专业，3 年以上精密产品外壳设计经验； 熟练使用结构设计软件，精通外壳材料特性与加工工艺； 具备外壳性能测试能力，掌握装配工艺优化技巧； 审美在线且细节把控强，理解人形机器人外壳对用户体验的影响。 加分项 主导过人形机器人外壳全流程设计，熟悉复杂曲面外壳模具开发与量产落地； 有外壳相关专利或设计案例，具备参数化建模或外壳仿真能力； 了解柔性外壳材料、透明外壳设计或模块化外壳技术。
