职位描述
1、端到端负责 GDK（通用机器人开发套件）从需求澄清 → 技术方案 → 量产交付 → 客户落地的全生命周期项目管理，针对不同客户需求形成标准交付SOP，沉淀可复用的交付资产。 2、根据项目节奏，牵头制定 GDK 版本Roadmap（包括SDK、工具链、文档等）；拆解 WBS、输出甘特图、资源计划、风险清单及应对策略。 3、跨域资源协调：协调产品、系统、端侧、云端、算法（SLAM/PNC/MC/大模型）、仿真、测试、运营等模块高效合作，释放高质量版本支持交付。 4、客户项目交付：对接工商业、高校研究院所、国企等客户，协同销售、解决方案、技术leader确定二开客户需求/交付验收标准，签署合同，里程碑评审及最终量产交付。 5、组织项目周例会，建立项目看板、推动真机/仿真测试问题闭环、进行阶段性Gate Review、沉淀 Lessons Learned，确保项目交付。
职位要求
1、计算机科学、机器人学、自动化或相关领域的学士及以上学位 2、5 年以上软硬一体或机器人/自动驾驶项目管理经验，至少主导 2 款量产产品 从 0-1 交付 3、精通 IPD、敏捷、Scrum、PMP 方法论，熟练使用 Jira、Confluence、飞书 OKR等项目管理工具 4、具备较强跨部门推动力，快速学习和抗压，适应高节奏、需求多变的创业文化 5、熟悉 ARM Linux + ROS 2 + Docker + CI/CD，能看懂 C++/Python 代码，有 GDK、大模型端侧部署项目经验优先
