职位描述
负责部门机器人前/后端及安卓端 APP 的整体集成测试工作； 根据需求迭代变更制定测试计划，识别质量风险，提出合理解决方案； 针对机器人系统（ROS/ROS2、Linux）及安卓 APP 的业务逻辑，制定测试方案，构建端到端用户场景，编写并执行测试用例，发布测试报告； 组织并执行系统级、回归、兼容性、稳定性、性能、安全等测试任务，整理分析测试结果，跟踪定位缺陷，推动研发闭环，复盘测试过程，保障质量； 参与机器人及 APP 产品体验活动，从用户视角提出优化建议，持续提升产品体验； 持续改善测试方法与工具链（含安卓自动化框架），提升团队整体测试效率与专业水平。
职位要求
本科及以上学历，计算机、软件、机器人、自动化等相关专业；2 年及以上测试/测试开发经验，有机器人或智能驾驶产品测试经验者优先； 8. 了解机器人关键器件基础知识及原理，熟悉 ROS/ROS2 与 Linux，掌握至少一种机器人指令系统及其编程经验； 9. 熟悉一门编程语言（C/C++、Python、Shell），具备脚本或工具开发能力； 10. 精通安卓端 APP 功能、兼容性、性能、稳定性及安全测试，熟悉 ADB、Android Studio、UIAutomator/Espresso/Monkey/Robotium 等常用测试工具与自动化框架； 11. 具备安卓端自动化脚本开发及持续集成（CI/CD）实践经验者优先； 12. 工作积极主动，具备良好的团队意识与敬业精神，能发挥主观能动性，有一定抗压能力。
