职位描述
1.负责电机的电磁设计和仿真(motorcad，jmag，maxwell ) 2.根据产品需求，制定机器人电机的规格和性能指标； 3.负责电机结构设计、仿真和优化，输出3D、2D图纸； 4.负责电机可制造性设计并制定电机的工艺方案、工艺路线，编制电机的工艺文件； 5.跟进量产，逐步稳定品质和降低成本； 6. 提升现有电机产品性能，提高竞争力；
职位要求
1.机械类专业本科及以上，8年以上汽车电机/工业伺服电机结构设计经验； 2.熟练应用solidworks/CROE等结构设计软件进行电机三维结构设计和二维图绘制； 3.熟练掌握尺寸链校核工具的使用； 4.熟悉电机结构常用的CAE仿真方法和判断标准； 5.熟具有扎实的电机建模和仿真（电磁仿真、热力学仿真等）能力； 6.熟练进行永磁同步电机电磁、结构设计，熟悉电机生产工艺流程； 7.有电机丰富量产经验；
