职位描述
1、新产品试产、生产测试DFT设计,测试需求合理性、覆盖率、可量产性、制造风险等评审； 2、主导量产机器人生产测试工艺方案制定,协调统筹相关部门,按项目阶段目标完成测试工站落地； 3、试产成熟度收敛,达成量产生产良率、成本、DOA目标,保证高质量交付； 4、试产过程中不良分析,产线异常处理等试产问题,推动责任部门保证措施有效闭环； 5、主导工程变更,工站验收及稽查,出货风险评估,产品量产后重大风险监测及闭环； 6、负责来料&组件、主板链路&头部组件、PCAB测试、整机功能测试、行走&老化测试、出货前检查等工站的搭建、维护、失效分析； 7、负责量产机器人本体测试自动化框架的开发和维护。
职位要求
1、学历及专业：本科及以上学历，自动化、机械工程、电子信息工程、机器人工程、测控技术与仪器等相关专业；有无人机 、机器人行业经验优先； 2、有带过至少1-2个完整智能硬件项目，从0→1经验的，有丰富的工艺文档输出，产测工站搭建、不良分析经验； 3、专业基础：了解机器人运动学基础、嵌入式系统原理及常见通信协议（CAN/EtherCAT/ROS优先），熟悉雷达、视觉等传感器测试及标定优先； 4、掌握Python等编程语言，示波器、CANoe、Robot Framework等测试工具使用经验者优先； 5、责任心强，具备较强沟通及协调能力，抗压能力强。
