职位描述
1.负责具身智能研发项目的软件质量问题管理，推动软件问题的解决和复盘，协调跨部门问题的解决，确保问题高效推进不拖延; 2.负责跟进问题”分析-解决-验证"全流程，联动测试验证部门完成问题验证，对未达标问题督促研发优化，形成完整闭环，推进研发团队持续改进软件质量，降低软件故障率; 3.协助制定质量保证计划，检查过程文件(需求、设计、模型、测试等)，并对于不符合项持续跟踪优化; 4.协助偏差问题的改进和上升管理，负责推动流程持续改进，保障发版阶段各项质量管控工作有序开展; 5.协助推动建立并优化软件质量管理体系，在保证交付效率的同时提高软件质量，包括软件版本管理、过程文档管理、问题管理等;
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，机械工程、车辆工程、自动化、电子通信等专业; 2.有3年以上机器人/汽车行业软件质量、软件开发或软件测试经验，熟悉IS026262或IATF16949并有相关认证者更佳; 3.熟悉质量保证方法，了解ASPICE标准，熟练运用各类质量管理工具，如APQP、PPAP、FMEA、TBP、8D等; 4.具备出色的逻辑思维、沟通协调能力和团队合作精神;工作积极主动，善于发现和解决问题，责任感强，能够适应快速迭代的工作节奏，并承担压力。
