作为业务部数据运营团队成员，负责具体项目的数据生产全流程执行与交付，包括采集方案落地、人员招聘管理、团队培训赋能、生产进度跟进及质量把控。需具备扎实的数据生产项目执行能力与团队管理经验，确保所负责项目的数据按期高质量交付。表现优异者可转为正式员工。 岗位职责： 与业务、技术团队沟通协作，确定项目需求、采集方案和生产计划； 寻找合适的人力供应商，配合业务需求进行人员招聘、考核、考勤、结算等； 对采集及审核人员进行培训和答疑，跟进并推动解决数据生产过程中的问题； 统筹任务分配、跟进生产进度，按计划完成数据生产任务，持续提升生产效率； 跟进过程质量问题与数据使用反馈，持续优化数据生产方案，持续提升交付数据的质量。
职位要求
本科及以上学历，专业不限，计算机专业或有AI背景优先； 3年及以上数据采集或标注项目团队管理经验； 具有优秀的数据分析能力和逻辑思维能力； 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力，能够有效的与各方沟通合作，解决问题； 具备较强的责任心和抗压能力。
