岗位职责 算法架构设计 构建跨平台、低延迟的遥操作核心算法框架 设计统一算法接口，支持在多型本体（3-5种）上的快速部署与验证 制定算法性能评估体系与测试标准 核心算法开发 研发毫秒级延迟的运动映射与双边控制算法 开发高保真力反馈算法与振动抑制策略 实现多自由度自适应阻抗控制与无源性保证 构建系统状态观测与动态补偿算法 多平台适配与优化 针对不同本体动力学特性，开发参数自适应整定算法 实现算法在不同计算平台（x86/ARM/FPGA）的优化部署 建立算法性能数据库，持续优化关键指标 系统集成与验证 与本体开发团队紧密协作，完成算法-硬件联合调试 主导全系统延迟测试、精度验证与稳定性评估 开发算法标定与参数配置工具链
职位要求
必需条件 控制科学与工程、机器人学、计算机等相关专业硕士及以上学历，有相关研究经验优先 精通机器人运动学、动力学建模与现代控制理论 在实时系统、双边控制或力反馈算法领域有深入研究 熟练掌握C++/Python实时编程，有ROS/ROS2开发经验 具备算法在嵌入式平台（Linux RT/Xenomai）的部署经验 优先条件 在IEEE T-RO/IROS/ICRA等顶级期刊/会议发表过相关论文 有手术机器人、空间机器人或高危作业机器人遥操作算法开发经验 熟悉时间延迟系统控制、无源化控制等先进方法 具备机器学习在机器人控制中的应用经验 有算法产品化或技术转移经验
