职位描述
1、负责策划及推动机器人整机领域质量活动的开展，确保机器人高质量和高效的交付； 2、负责与NPI团队合作，推进IQC/IPQC/OQC制造质量管理策划及能力提升； 2、负责引导研发及制造团队正确有效应用公司流程，达成产品质量目标，并持续推动整机质量管理体系的优化； 3、参与产品从研发到量产的制造活动，从产品质量设计优化的角度给出改进建议，总体监控和推动研发相关问题的闭环，并将进行案例化、措施标准化； 4、收集研发及制造领域质量管理活动在实践中的不足，推动研发及制造质量管理能力的持续迭代； 5、参与公司级质量管理体系的建设；
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，机械工程或电气相关专业； 2、产品质量相关岗位5年以上工作经历，熟悉IATF16949管理体系更优； 3、有完整的产品质量落地经验，负责过一个创新产品从开发到量产的生产质量管理全过程； 4、良好的沟通协调能力，扎实的技术功底，正直的价值观。
