职位描述
负责人形机器人量产产品质量问题的快速响应、定责推动及分析改进工作； 重大批量等问题快速响应，深入客户或供应商排查根因，跟踪闭环解决措施； 通过定期的度量分析，进行机器人产品售后质量的IPTR（千机故障率）统计，识别TOPN问题，从供应商、设计、生产制造等维度识别共性问题，组织专项跟进； 根据DOA、MTBF、IPTR等指标的状态，制定MTBF、IPTR里程碑目标，并通过TOPN问题的解决，实现MTBF和IPTR目标； 根据市场抱怨和质量信息，持续提出需求，优化产品端远程诊断和远程修复的能力，并跟踪结果； 对售后问题定责，并协助SQE完成精准索赔； 负责产品售后质量问题的总结归纳，状态汇报，风险预警。 对重大问题牵头开展LLR工作并协助DQE导入新项目和流程；
职位要求
本科及以上学历，计算机、电子、自动化、通讯、车辆、机械等相关专业； 3年以上市场或售后质量改进的工作经验； 掌握ISO9001质量管理体系，对体系有深刻的理解； 熟练掌握8D、5why分析等质量工具； 具备良好的沟通表达能力与跨团队协作能力。
