职位描述
负责机器人及适配场景的全生命周期软件质量保证工作； 负责机器人产品软件质量保证策划、过程监控及产品软件质量管控； 通过定期的度量分析，进行机器人产品开发流程优化和质量管控，评估流程的有效性，持续优化开发流程，提升软件质量 负责机器人关节控制、运动控制、导航、SLAM、相机、超视距、遥操作、域控制器、算法等的软件质量问题管理，包括状态管理、风险预警、问题推动等； 对重大软件质量问题开展专题复盘，并将复盘结果落实到开发流程中； 组织项目关键节点的软件质量评审，使项目顺利量产和适配应用场景； 利用流程体系、质量工具等系统性提升软件质量工程能力，开展有效的软件质量活动；
职位要求
本科及以上学历，计算机、电子、自动化、通讯等相关专业； 3年以上软件质量、软件测试、系统集成或软件项目相关工作经验； 掌握ISO9001质量管理体系，对体系有深刻的理解； 持有ASPICE或KGAS内审员证书，熟悉软件或系统开发流程 熟练掌握8D、5why分析、FMEA等质量工具； 具备良好的 沟通表达能力与跨团队协作能力。
