职位描述
1、负责新项目制造全生命周期管理，主导试产工作开展及代工厂导入；负责项目计划策划、实施准 备、项目进度管理及项目交付等工作; 2、协调计划、采购、研发、工程、品质、代工厂等落实NPI阶段的各关键节点工作,统筹管理试产活动; 3、主导推进试产前期各项准备工作,并协调资源高效高质完成试产工作; 4、主导跨部门的试产准备会议,协同各部门推动代工厂完成各节点的工作闭环; 5、协调处理试产过程中发生的重大问题,协同团队总结经验教训,优化产品和工作流程。 6、主导做好DFM评审，把关好研发设计
职位要求
1、大学本科及以上学历,工科类相关专业; 2、有机器人、手机等消费类电子产品3年以上工程或项目管理经验,有制造代表经验者优先; 3、熟悉电子产品生产流程及NPI流程,有一定的电子产品技术基础; 4、掌握项目管理技能,能独立统筹复杂产品的项目规划、落地工作; 5、具备良好的统筹协调能力和团队精神,工作积极主动。
