职位描述
1.参与新产品的设计评审工作,从制造工艺、质量控制、成本控制等方面对产品设计进行评估,提出改进意见和建议,确保产品设计满足可制造性和可维修性要求。 2.主导新产品试生产装配工作,在试生产过程中,及时收集和分析各种数据(产量、不良率等),对试生产结果进行总结和评估,制定改进措施并跟踪落实。 3.负责制定新产品的生产工艺文件,包括PFMEA、控制计划、辅料清单、工艺参数清单、设备治工具清单、SOP等文件,确保生产过程的标准化和规范化。 4.对新产品在生产过程中发生的异常进行分析,并跟进改善闭环。 5.负责对委外厂工艺、质量管控体系进行评审验收，确保代工厂产出机器一致性且符合工艺要求； 6.跟踪行业内新技术、新工艺的发展动态,结合公司产品特点和生产需求,提出工艺改进和创新方案,推动公司产品制造水平的不断提高。
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历,机械工程、自动化等相关专业。 2.具有5年以上组装工艺工作经验,有机器人整机装配经验优先。 3.熟悉新产品开发流程,具备丰富的项目管理经验,能够有效地组织和协调跨部门团队完成新产品导入工作。 4.熟悉异常分析手法,能够对产品设计进行有效的可制造性评估和工艺优化。熟练使用CAD、SolidWorks等设计软件和办公软件。 5.抗压能力强,擅长跨部门沟通,能主导技术难点攻关。
