职位描述
1、负责新产品的供应商开发，进行新供应商准入审核，识别新供应商的潜在风险，提前采取应对措施； 2、负责新产品零件的可制造性分析，推动产品设计做可制造性优化，降低零件成本，提升质量； 3、负责管理供应商的零件开发进程，把控质量、产能、交付等风险，跟进试制问题，负责批产认可放行； 4、负责批产零件及OEM工厂的质量管理，推动供应商关闭零部件的质量问题； 5、负责供应商的定期审核，持续提升供应链交付和质量能力。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，机械工程、电气工程等相关专业； 2、供应商质量管理岗位5年以上工作经历，熟悉PCBA、结构件的技术原理，生产组装工艺； 3、掌握ISO 9001/IATF 16949质量管理体系，熟悉IPC，ESD等行业标准及规范； 4、具备OEM工程管理经验。 5、良好的沟通协调能力，扎实的技术功底，正直的价值观。
