职位描述
1、APQP零件前期质量开发保证 在产品零件前期评审阶段从材质选型、工艺设计，量产质量管控等角度给出质量要求，确保历史问题有效规避。 试产支持：跟进新产品各阶段试产/验证过程，推动解决零件质量问题，主导供应商PPAP文件审核与样品承认，确保试产质量目标达成。 2、PPAP 批量生产准入管控 制定有效的量产质量管控方案及验收清单，验收零件的PPAP批产生产准入，跟踪并推进供应商质量问题的解决； 3、供应商过程保证及审核 负责结构及功能件供应商的准入审核/过程审核/年度审核，并对供应商的工艺过程、检验环节、批量生产拦截、保证出货拦截进行审核与质量提升管理，定期进行供应商量绩效评价，依据来料合格率、售后返修率，推进供应商的响应与质量提升工作。
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，5年以上主流车企/制造业/消费电子行业结构及功能件供应商质量管理经验； 2.熟悉IPD开发流程，有完整的大型项目开发经验。 3.具备对应的技术能力： 1）熟悉塑料件注塑/喷涂/电镀等工艺，能对供应商模具/检具方案进行评估； 2）熟悉金属件压铸，锻造，冲压，机加等工艺； 3）熟悉常见功能件/电器件/PCB等的生产工艺/测试/检查要求，能独立推进相关问题的优化和解决； 4）熟悉APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC、MSA等质量工具，在项目的各个阶段开展对应的质量活动； 4.具备良好的跨部门、跨层级沟通能力，能有效协调供应商、内部各部门解决质量问题； 5.能适应快节奏工作环境，在多任务并行情况下保持高效工作状态，及时响应质量异常。
