职位描述
1、产品规划：主导制定具身智能软件平台、人机交互系统及之配套App的软件产品整体发展路线图，定义产品核心指标与竞争力； 2、体验设计：设计多模态人机交互体验，涵盖机器人端交互UI界面、移动端App/SDK、周边配件综合交互体验； 3、数据体系：主导产品数据体系搭建，设计关键数据埋点方案，建立数据采集规范,并构思数据闭环方案； 4、需求落地：深度理解机器人操作、任务管理与技能部署等等场景，输出从AI能力(世界模型、任务规划)到应用功能(远程操控、任务编排、状态监控)的完整产品方案； 5、全流程交付：管理产品从概念到迭代的全流程，高效协同算法、软件、硬件、UX/UI、测试团队，确保高质量交付； 6、商业探索：基于埋点及用户反馈数据构思商业化方案，并推动软件商业化方案探索；
职位要求
1、3年以上AI/机器人/智能硬件领域产品经验，有软硬件结合的产品成功交付案例； 2、深刻理解机器人技术栈与Al技术原理，能与研发深度协作； 3、具备出色的C端交互设计思维或B端工具类产品设计经验，对用户体验提升有较深入的见解； 4、具备扎实的数据驱动能力，有复杂产品数据埋点设计、分析及利用数据闭环驱动产品迭代的成功经验。
