职位描述
1.负责工程项目从立项到竣工验收的全过程工程成本管理； 2.负责工程项目成本估算、概算、预算编制及投标报价工作，确保数据准确；对工程项目的投资估算进行详细分析，为决策提供依据； 3.工程量清单编制与审核，根据设计图纸和规范要求，编制工程量清单并进行审核，确保清单内容完整且符合实际需求； 4.协助起草和审核工程合同中的造价条款，确保合同条款清晰合理，监控合同执行情况，及时处理合同履行中的造价相关问题； 5.负责审核施工单位提交的工程进度款申请与竣工验收结算工作，完成最终结算报告编制与核对； 6.跟踪记录各类工程变更，评估变更对造价的影响，并提出建议； 7.为项目在各类工程项目中提供技术支持，与设计、施工、监理等单位保持良好沟通，确保造价信息的及时传递。
职位要求
1.有8年以上工程领域工作经验，5年以上工程造价经验，具有大型建筑项目造价管理经验（10万方以上）的优先； 2.熟悉国家和地方有关工程造价的政策法规标准； 3.精通广联达、鲁班等造价软件，以及CAD等基本制图软件； 4.扎实的专业基础知识，熟悉定额计价和清单计价方式，持有一级造价师证书或相关职业资格证书的优先考虑； 5.认真负责，良好的数据分析和逻辑思维能力，以及高度敏感的风控、廉正意识。 6.具有较强的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神。
